This site is managed by the Okayama Prefectural government (Planning and Promotion Division in the Department of International Affairs), in cooperation with the members of the site.

(2) As a user, we would like you to observe the rules for the use of this site. Members are also obliged to observe the rules for members.
(3) We would like each of you to take responsibility for the use of information, for example, by directly confirming with the suppliers of information (contact details).
(4) You are advised to make direct contact with the suppliers of information in advance and obtain the permission of use, when reprinting and distributing information.
4. Supplying information
(1) We recruit information in line with the purposes of this site.
(2) You need to register with us, if you would like to supply us with any information.
5. The facilities for the use of this site
(1) The users are advised to prepare all communication tools, such as software and phone lines necessary for the use of this site.
(2) The users are advised to take responsibility for the maintenance and management of the facilities so that no impediments to the use of this site will occur.
6. Disclaimers
(1) The administrator is not responsible for anything to do with the services and contents of the published information supplied by members and the websites linked to it.
(2) The administrator is not responsible for any damages due to the use of this site, regardless of its causes.
(3) The administrator is not obliged to guarantee the normal operation of this site, as some troubles of its network and system may occur.
7. Compensation of damages
Any user or member who causes damage to this site either on purpose or by accident will be obliged to compensate for the damages inflicted.
